Terms & Conditions

Customer Service

Throughout the year, orders are collected and processed together to meet higher minimums and minimize shipping and import costs.  These savings can then be passed on to you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, E money as well as cash and Interact at our retail location.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. We do not have an option for rush orders. Additions to orders will no longer be possible, as payment is now taken at the time of ordering – not shipping.

If there is any damage or error with your shipment, please contact us within 14 days. Include a description of the problem, and take pictures if possible. This information will help us improve our system of processing orders. See Returns and Policies page for full details.

Out of Stock Items

Every effort is made to ship your order complete. If an item is out of stock and that product is expected to arrive shortly, your order may be held so that it will ship complete. If it is an item that is expected to be out of stock for an undetermined amount of time, your parcel will leave without the item and you will be reimbursed for the item. Please reorder out of stock items. Larger quantities of product may require lead times.

Picking Up Orders

Allow up to 24 hours and call prior to picking up.

On-line orders are processed and shipped directly from the retail store.
